The App

We made an app!

The first part of the app is the tracker. Essentially, this is where we're keeping all the important stuff. What's the date? Where are you? What are you feeling? How long did you cry? It seems silly now, but these are the details that create patterns. One of our goals is to help you identify these patterns and react (or prepare) accordingly!

The second part of the app is the journal. Some cries require a little extra thought and reflection. Write as much or as little as you need, any time you want.

The last part of the app is the community. This is all about connecting while we cry. Sharing experiences and building empathy makes the harder part of dealing with emotions so much more bearable. We're made for community, togetherness, and belonging. *insert group hug here*

On 1/1/2022, you will no longer be able to use Facebook and Apple as single sign-on options. If you have a question or concern about this, please contact us. You can request old data from here.

We’re all in this together.

This app is for you. For your community. For your tears. For your thoughts. We’re going to do our best to make it a space you’ll use for years to come. Tell us what you think by using our feedback form.

Building a community.

Being a part of a growing community can be tricky. It is important to us that we are always protecting our users and our community that we’re building. Before creating an account, each user is required to accept these guidelines.

When posting on the communal spaces in the app, users are encouraged to preface sensitive posts with trigger warnings. A post without appropriate trigger warnings is subject to removal.

How to appropriately add a trigger warning?
