Year-End Requests

Hi friends —

It’s December again. Which means it’s time to request your year-end summary for Tracking My Tears. It has admittedly been another year of only behind-the-scenes work on Tracking My Tears. We had a (seemingly) perfect development opportunity that fell through in early 2025, and it was harder than I expected to put the dream back together. Cue all the tears.

While it was absolutely devastating, I’m still here. You may have noticed a slower response to emails and requests. I apologize for how that may have impacted your experience.

Next year will be five years of Tracking My Tears, and I remain confident that all the work (and tears) will be worth it.

A few things to keep in mind about our requests this year:

• Fill out the form below to request your 2025 Tracker Data.

• Requests are open from December 1st through December 31st

• Requests are processed in January. They are typically sent out between January 10th and 15th.
